Yoga is a methodology that promotes the awakening of life force (Parana) by using poses (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques to increase the awareness of body, mind, breath, and encourages natural alignment. Students are encouraged to honor the wisdom of the body and work according to its limits and strengths.
Yoga has health benefits for everyone, from those in perfect health to those with special needs, chronic illness, chronic pain, and fatigue.

Classes are appropriate for students of all levels of experience.
We've just made it even easier to sign up to attend class virtually. Simply visit https://calendly.com/lisamoyoga/riverrun to browse this month's yoga classes that are available online, select the date you'd like to attend then fill out the form. Then check your email for the Zoom link and payment options. Easy peasy! Please note, Zoom registrations close one hour before classtime, so do plan ahead.
Class is $10, or use your River Run class pass.
Please dress comfortably for movement and arrive 10 minutes prior to class time to register and set up your space. You only need to bring a smile! We have yoga mats and yoga blocks.
