Lynea Reiner
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Hi! My name is Lynea. I have been a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach since June of 2022.
I started weight training back in high school to prepare for soccer. Then gained 30 lbs from college. Typical. A little before Covid started, I started working out in my room until my local gym opened back up, and have been training ever since! I love health and fitness because it has taught me patience, perseverance, and discipline. The gym is my safe place and second home :)
I love line dancing, country music, going on hikes, and playing soccer!

Lisa Molendini
200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practioner
My name is Lisa Molendini and I earned my first 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher certification in 2021, focused on power vinyasa yoga. In February of 2023, I completed an additional 200-hour, broader-based yoga teacher training with the InfinitYoga Training program through NearMe Yoga and Mrida Seva Yoga.
In addition to my teacher training certifications, I have completed continuing education hours in restorative yoga teacher training, teaching to those at the very beginning of their yoga journey, teaching yoga in challenging times, yoga for substance abuse and disordered eating recovery, and more.
I am also a certified Usui Reiki practitioner. I strive to expand my knowledge of the many various styles and techniques within the yoga world. Additionally, I am trained in providing “Yoga for All Abilities” classes for neurodiverse teens and adults, and teach “Movement, Music, and Mindfulness” classes specifically geared toward children and young teens.
I also hold a degree in communications from I was a cum laude graduate of Susquehanna University.
I am proud to share that I have offered classes at multiple yoga festivals on the East Coast.
As someone who lives with anxiety challenges every day, I truly do not know what I would do without this practice. It is my sincere hope that I can share the benefits and gifts of this practice with others who may also be feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. In addition to yoga, I love nature and being outdoors, all types of crafting, fussing over my pets, the Sunday crossword, traveling, and making everything into an adventure and/or history lesson.
