About me

Hello! I’d like to introduce myself, I am Amanda Neidlinger.

My career in healthcare began 21 years ago when I completed my massage therapist certification. That coincided with a passionate interest in powerlifting and I began competing on the state, then nation, and finally world level.   I have always been interested in advancing my education, so I returned to school for nursing and graduated as a RN in 2007.   Last year, at 40 years old, I completed my Bachelors in the Science of Nursing with honors! Throughout this time my love for holistic medicine and exercise grew and I obtained certifications in yoga, pilates, group fitness instructor, and personal training. I am also certified to teach several massage therapy classes for CEU’s.

My goal is for everyone, regardless of age, to help them to reach their very best, physically and mentally. I have seen people needlessly suffer from physical pain for long periods of time. Through massage, yoga, and exercise that pain could be reduced or eliminated and could help reclaim your life.  I want to help you find relief and your strength from within.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our page & we look forward to working with you.

Meet the Team

  • Lynea Reiner

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Hi! My name is Lynea. I have been a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach since June of 2022.

I started weight training back in high school to prepare for soccer. Then gained 30 lbs from college. Typical. A little before Covid started, I started working out in my room until my local gym opened back up, and have been training ever since! I love health and fitness because it has taught me patience, perseverance, and discipline. The gym is my safe place and second home :)

I love line dancing, country music, going on hikes, and playing soccer!

  • Lisa Molendini

200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practioner

My name is Lisa Molendini and I earned my first 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher certification in 2021, focused on power vinyasa yoga. In February of 2023, I completed an additional 200-hour, broader-based yoga teacher training with the InfinitYoga Training program through NearMe Yoga and Mrida Seva Yoga.

In addition to my teacher training certifications, I have completed continuing education hours in restorative yoga teacher training, teaching to those at the very beginning of their yoga journey, teaching yoga in challenging times, yoga for substance abuse and disordered eating recovery, and more.

I am also a certified Usui Reiki practitioner. I strive to expand my knowledge of the many various styles and techniques within the yoga world. Additionally, I am trained in providing “Yoga for All Abilities” classes for neurodiverse teens and adults, and teach “Movement, Music, and Mindfulness” classes specifically geared toward children and young teens.

I also hold a degree in communications from I was a cum laude graduate of Susquehanna University.

I am proud to share that I have offered classes at multiple yoga festivals on the East Coast.

As someone who lives with anxiety challenges every day, I truly do not know what I would do without this practice. It is my sincere hope that I can share the benefits and gifts of this practice with others who may also be feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. In addition to yoga, I love nature and being outdoors, all types of crafting, fussing over my pets, the Sunday crossword, traveling, and making everything into an adventure and/or history lesson.
