We’re kicking off the season with fresh energy, new classes, feel-good fundraisers, and a few summer surprises. This month, you can join us for fun and engaging additions like Line Dancing and Ashtanga Yoga.
We’re also giving back to our community with special fundraiser events supporting the Carbon County Animal Shelter and the White Haven Area Community Library. It’s the perfect opportunity to care for yourself while making a difference.

This month enjoy a yummy facial featuring Skin Scripts seasonal Pina Colada Facial!
The sounds of ocean waves, the smells of pina colada ingredients (coconut and pineapple), and refreshing ice globes cool the skin down and provide a beautiful glow and tightness—what more could we want in these summer months?
Ideal for normal and sensitive skin types, however the ingredients are gentle enough to work for other skin types as well.
This facial can be utilized in a 60 or 90-minute treatment.

Yoga-Lates!

Yoga & Pilates fusion. All the benefits of yoga combined with the benefits of Pilates.
This class focuses on breath, stretching & strengthening the core. The core includes our abdominal muscles, back, and pelvic floor. Perfect for those with back pain, poor posture, & anyone looking to tone up their midsection.
Yoga with Lisa Mo!
Lisa’s classes are a 60-minute vinyasa flow style class and will be appropriate for students of all levels of experience, from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Each class includes a gentle warm up, yoga poses, and a blissful extended savasana. Morning classes are gentle and at a slower pace then our evening classes.
Please dress comfortably for movement, bring a yoga mat and water, and arrive a few minutes prior to class time to register and set up your space. Also helpful would be a yoga block and small hand towel. A limited number of yoga mats and blocks are available to borrow on a FCFS basis.
Investment: $10 or use your June River Run class pass.

Come experience Ashtanga Yoga with Rob on July 27th at 7 PM and support the Carbon County Animal Shelter by bringing a donation for the pups.
Ashtanga Yoga is for everyone, regardless of your experience level. This style of yoga follows a set sequence of postures (asanas), each linked with breath (vinyasa), creating a flowing and focused practice.
One of the many benefits of Ashtanga is its consistency. Because the sequence remains the same, it becomes easier to memorize and practice at home, making it an excellent foundation for building a personal routine.
Over time, you'll notice real progress—deepening your postures, building strength, and experiencing a sense of accomplishment as you advance in your practice.
